3 South African Organic wineries ready to take on the American wine scene!
On approaching Elgin Ridge, Waverley Hills & Joostenberg Wines & offering them an opportunity to get reviewed & tasted by some influential Vivino Users they were more than happy to send me some samples of their organic wines.
Here are the wines they are sending me.
Elgin Ridge is 282 meters above sea level, so the wines are named after the altitude of the vines planted.

Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style, extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos (garrigue) characteristic.

Joostenberg is a 5th generation family business situated in the Muldersvlei district of Stellenbosch. We have always practiced traditional mixed farming but have expanded over the years.
